My whole family has, and continues to use the services at Modern Movement. The staff do an amazing job at helping with healing and recovery for all types and severity of issues. My children have been treated for injuries relating to both dance and hockey, and my partner and I have accessed a variety of services to treat athletic and non-athletic injuries and discomfort. I’ve being going to Modern mOvement for a few years now and I highly recommend Jenet stretch therapist if you have any stiffness/pain in your shoulder, lower back, and/or legs. As a frequent soccer player these body parts are sore/stiff and Janet identified and massages all the knots I have that causes them. She is very professional, easy to converse with and informative by providing me with stretches I can do at home to reduce the stiffness.

I had a great appointment here and will definitely return for my next massage. I saw Jenet and she was very thorough and provided relief as well as suggestions on exercises and stretching to work prevention for future injury. Would definitely recommend.
