I only had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Dr. LinLin Wang, an outstanding acupuncturist at this clinic, and I cannot speak highly enough of the relief and healing I experienced under her care.She listens attentively, showing genuine empathy and understanding. Her personalized treatment approach was highly effective in reducing the frequency and intensity of my headaches, relieving my stomach pain, and improving my sleep quality. My review is based on when I started using this clinic.The best thing that has happened to this location is Kate and Dr Watson and I hope the management recognize and hold them tight.As a matter of fact, every single staff are super sweet and good (Ms Kau, lovely and helpful) just that these 2 are exceptional.I started getting treatment at this location of Activa since November 2021 after my car accident and since the first day, Kate has been awesome.Another great thing about this lady is her happiness, her smile and laughter is contagious. I have to give this clinic an A+ from top to bottom. Just walking in the door you are greeted in the warmest and most welcoming ways, If the ambiance doesn't get you Kate's jovial and upbeat personality definitely will, the entire staff treats you just right and they on point. I definitely recommend this clinic for all your physio needs, the best from my personal experience.
