Our NTI Trinity combi boiler stopped working, so I called Laird & Son. They were able to send someone the next day, and their technician Daniel was fantastic. He figured out that the issue was a corroded spark ignitor, which he was able to clean up. The fact that Daniel fixed the part instead of telling me we needed to replace it, instills confidence in Laird & Son’s integrity.
