Vedesh was on time, he is very knowledgable and his work ethics was beyond measure. He took the time to explain the condition of my furnace. In the end, the furnace was shut down for safety precaution.

Technician was Chris Ribeiro. On time, as scheduled. Called 10 mins heads-up before arrival. Personable. Explained options. Professional. Friendly. Courteous. Such joy dealing with him. If only every ‘dealing’ can be this!That said, then we have Reliance call centre! To book the appointment spoke to a ‘Sundeep’. They are in another planet. Rude. Out of touch!
