Our furnace broke last week so we called a few HVAC companies for quotes. AVIS was not pushy at all, answered all our questions and were available to come in right away to do the work so we would not be without heat. Their prices are good too. The guys are polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them again for duct cleaning in the near future!
Responsive. Immediately made a visit to location to make assessment. No pressure sales tactics. Honest answers.When I went back to change furnace. He was very accommodating. Presented the appropriate options for my budget and house size. Quick, clean installation. Follow up and communication was excellent.Recommending to friends and family.
My furnace was not producing hot air and it is a newer furnace so I was not sure what the problem was. I call AVIS Heating & Air Conditioning at 9:15am and two technicians showed up at 10:00am. They took a few minutes to analyze the furnace and troubleshoot the problem. Once they figured out the issue they proceeded to replace the pipe and fix the problem. The hot air in the furnace is now working. The Technicians were kind, friendly, and answered my questions. They were straightforward with what the issue was and fixed the issue in an efficient manner. I higher recommend AVIS Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone in the Mississauga/Greater Toronto Area.
