I had a great experience with Mas Air Comfort for our attic insulation. I contacted multiple attic insulation installers recommended by Enbridge, hoping to take advantage of the no-audit insulation rebate. Andy, the sales advisor, came to our house in the same day and spent 1+ hour checking our insulation to provide the most accurate quote. He was very patient, honest and thorough, explaining two separate rebate streams (with and without audit) and things that I should look out for. This company didn't actually do work on my house but I had intended them to install a tankless water heater after my tank one failed. I put down a deposit for tht work and shortly after the rental services company decided to replace my tank free under the contract after 4 days of back and forth with them.
Andy from Mas Home Comfort even contacted them trying to convince them to give me a break - he didn't have to do that.
He promptly gave me my deposit back the same day without hesitation. This is how you know you are working with honest people and I wouldn't hesitate to call on Mas Home Comfort in the future.
