I have the heat pump, Attic insulation, water heater and furnace instatalled.I received $7900 rebate in 4 months! the Mas air home comfort provided the best service ,I had a great experience!!
I was very impressed with all the staff that I had contact with at Mas. The installers were great too!We had a very small issue shortly after the furnace installation (nothing to do with the furnace itself) and someone was at my home within hours to fix the issue. I was very pleased and impressed! Highly recommend.
After they installed our heat pump, it did not work. Turns out to be some valve problem in the outdoor unit, and mas air told me that its time-consuming to replace the part so they gladly changed the entire outdoor unit at no cost. Im happy that they are responsible and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Heat pump is working perfectly now, and so I can say that Im happy with the result.
