Have been using them for the last year and they have helped us greatly settle in and get used to maintaining our pool and hot-tub.When we first moved into our new place, I had been filling the pool fairly frequently. Came into the shop to look at some product solutions and right away the staff identified that the pool probably had a leak and scheduled an appointment to inspect.When the crew arrived they quickly tested the pool and were able to identify and come up with a temporary solution to stop the leak.Will be using their services for sure in the future!“

“We had MaKenady Construction renovate the main floor of our home by removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a recessed beam.To accomplish this, they had to reroute HVAC supply and cold air return lines, plumbing water supply lines, plumbing drain lines and vents and of course electrical. They needed to access our finished basement ceiling cavities in order to reroute HVAC.All of this was done to accommodate our new kitchen, remodeled main floor bathroom and new, larger foyer closet.Scott and his team were on the job 5 days a week and 8 hours a day until the job was complete and we were 100% satisfied.They were on budget and on time with the reno.They worked with us from the start to design and implement ideas and were very accommodating and understanding to changes we needed to make in the design along the way.The result was a beautifully finished main floor, a basement that was left looking as good or better than before they arrived and a surprisingly stress free and smooth process from beginning to end which took less than 3 months.I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and MaKenady Construction Services to anyone and am proud to show off their work to all of my family and friends.Thanks again to Scott, Brendan and Brian for doing exactly what they promised, as promised with expert craftsmanship.Services: Bathroom remodeling“
