I like coming to Pet Smart as a regular. However, I recommend anyone who buys fish to QUARANTINE your new live fish. I found a fish lice (photo of parasite is on betta lid after removal) attached my red telescope eyed goldfish as it is on the body surface of the fish. The black moor goldfish somehow had body fungus and passed away. I had to temporary put the red telescope eyed goldfish along with a pearlscale goldfish in a temporary breeder box for quarantine as I will be doing water changes and medication. If I could give 6 stars I would! My mini labradoodle pup came here for her first pro bath and hair cut. Oliver was great and did an amazing job!! Definitely booking with him again for her next visit!!
Regular pet store with the expected inventory.
Manipulative salespeople reminiscent of commission-based businesses. I can tolerate that you want my phone number for marketing purposes and spam texts, but integrity tells me you should at least ask for that information as opposed to making it seem mandatory for a simple transaction.
