I’ve ordered several times and DoorDash is the delivery company. On two occasions DoorDash forgot part of my order (fresh food) and Heather from the store contacted me to see if she could drop it off for me on her way home. Talk about exceptional service!
We had our golden retriever groomed by Madison C. today! She did an excellent job on his grooming and was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated everything. Great job!
Shout out to Carter - the animal care specialist who is often there Sunday mornings. He is so patient with my 1.5 year old toddler - showing her the animals and the fish and going over all the information about them and their care. He goes above and beyond with his time and customer service.
