I am a volunteer with the cats in the adoption center and am so impressed with this location. The staff care very much about the animals there and are approachable and friendly. Highly recommend!

4 stars. Because no one's perfect. They do come VERY CLOSE to perfect though. We were there (Wellington Road South, London) on a Friday, August 25, 2023 around 4pm approx. From the very moment we walked through the doors we were greeted by a very busy cashier who took the time to greet us with a very pleasant smile and a hello. She let us know that if there was anything we needed help with or questions, to just let them know. Seemed like everyone was working with a pocket full of treats and, of course, respectfully asked if it was ok to give our puppy a treat. I love this PetSmart- easy to get to with lots of parking, spacious and clean store, stock is usually good on the items I need. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Plus it's great that this location has grooming on site. I have been very pleased with recent grooms for my dog.
