We have purchased flooring from Kingston Flooring World for a new custom home build and renovations at two rental properties. Mark and the team have never disappointed. Cody and his team completed a roof for our family recently. Cody worked with us to determine whether a repair or replacement was necessary due to a leak. We appreciated Cody working with us on a method of payment. Cody worked with us to pick a colour that was on sale to help with the budget, and it looks great. The roof has now gone through a few heavy rains with no issue where the leak was previously. It is clear that Cody and his team took the time to do the job properly and ensure we wouldn't have the problem again. Great local business!

I've been going to Dino's since I moved to Kingston in 2023. IT's great service and the staff are very friendly. It's your atypical small town barbershop and u may have to wait a bit as they're very popular. The stylists are very friendly and even ask if I want the aftershave stuff (which as a scent senstive person I don't) and remembered to tell each other that I don't like the aftershave due to my autism. I would highly recommend if u want a low cost (20-25 for a cut and shave) haircut/beard trim as they're very friendly and Tony (the manager) is very funny.

My mom & I have been coming here for years. Mom is elderly, disabled & with chronic pain. Most times they do both her mani & pedi right in the pedicure chair so she doesn't have to move too much. We are very well taken care off. This time we had my own daughter & granddaughter join in the experience!

Called day of for an appointment for me and my grandma and they were very accommodating. I got acrylics and she got shellac. They were both awesome and loved the design she did on mine. The gentleman also added a cute flower on my grandmas. Highly recommend!! I’d add pictures if I knew how.

Favourite nail salon in town! Recently took my daughters (two teenagers and one 4-year old). They were so kind and patient with my youngest and did BEAUTIFUL designs for my teenagers exactly like the pictures they showed (or better!). All the employees were very kind, the prices were fair, and they hand out candy! 10/10. Not my first time but will continue to return.

Went here to get my nails done for the first time in my life, recommended by a coworker. Their shop is very nice inside and clean. I am very happy with my nails though they will take time to get used to! I got a full acrylic set and I am very happy with how they turned out. The staff seemed very sweet and close with each other.
I only gave 4 stars because it being my first time ever so I was a little lost on the process of how they do the nails and wouldve been nice if they gave a bit more information during the process. That's just my personal opinion!

Maddy is absolutely amazing! She was the makeup artist for my wedding earlier this month, and she and her team did a beautiful job on my makeup, as well as my bridesmaids’ and my mothers’. She was such a pleasure to work with! My mother was a last-minute addition, Maddy easily accommodated her without any stress.
I have extreme dry patches on my face due to eczema, which can be tricky to work with, but Maddy handled it expertly. My makeup looked flawless and stayed perfect throughout the entire day and night. I truly cannot recommend Maddy enough!

My technician Georgia is so kind, warm and detail oriented. She really looks at beauty from a sustainable, healthy perspective and every recommendation she gives is with your best interest in mind. The Lounge is really well designed, the bed is so comfy, with lots of clean fuzzy blankets so you can just drift off in peace.
I live in MB so all my booking was done long distance and checked with a local FB wedding group to find makeup artists and these ladies were available for my wedding. I checked out photos and all the faces matched the necks and the style was what I was looking for. My artist was Emma, who was fantastic. She did my maid of honours makeup as well. I booked a trial while I was in Kingston a few months before and it was great. I have combination skin and as many people... foundation doesn't like to stay on my nose and can get patchy. I took photos about an hour after and the at the end of the day, so we had a solid plan to fix anything day of. Emma told me which foundation we used so i was able to do some experimenting at home. I had no makeup issues the day of and we made some changes from the trial and it was perfect day of. the makeup lasted all day.

I found out about this place through a quick Google search and connected with Ashlyn, the owner of DTT. After her incredible help with narrowing down with what I wanted, she recommended i connect with their one artist Violet (IG: @xviolettattoosx) who would fit my vision best. I should note, this was my very first tattoo I’ve ever gotten and I was unsure and nervous about it. When I entered the shop, I was greeted very warmly and then met Violet who proceeded to make sure I was happy with the image she had created. What I thought would’ve been a more difficult experience turned out to be amazing. Violet was extremely friendly and warm and made me feel so relaxed. And her art and attention to detail speaks to itself. I could not be happier with her work and craftsmanship and have been raving about it to my friends and family. Travis returned my call within 5 minutes yesterday. He was super accommodating and came after his full work day. He answered my million questions and walked me through why he didn't think it was a clog, but rather a leaking toilet to bowel and toilet seal. The seal was replaced by another company and was under warranty. He then called that company for me and talked to them and asked for them to fix it. Travis then called me later that evening to go over what I should do. He didn't charge me anything. Wouldn't accept anything. He offered for me to reach out after the other company fixes it if I have any further issues or concerns. Super lovely guy! I am shocked at how willing he was to help me and ensure I wasn't spending more money when things were under warranty with another company. I didn't know about the warranty, so really appreciate the honesty.I will be calling Travis again as I want to get a new hot water tank, along with helping as I do washroom renos down the road.If you need an honest plumber who will not charge you for things you don't need, call Jardine Mechanical! This is going to be a different review. I had the opportunity to sort of meet Adam through driving in the Kingston area. I'm from out of town and work for the provincial government.
Navigating the area and fighting heavy traffic there was only one person that showed courtesy out of hundreds of vehicles to allow traffic to make turns out of a very congested area.
He wasn't holding up traffic behind him but slowed just enough and indicated for stuck traffic to go. This was an awesome sign of a general courtesy that others had not.
I called, spoke with his father, who frankly was pretty awesome to speak with as well. Informed him of the situation.
Thank you Adam for being a stand out and making at least a handful of peoples day just that little better.

we have used kingston Home Heating I think since the nineties . We have always been satisfied with the services when required as well as our regularly scheduled yearly maintenance.Yesterday we had a service provided by Kingston Home Heating that was done on short notice and with every effort by them to accommodate a delivery date we had of a stove.As well we asked for a maintenance on a gas stove and to certify another that had leaked carbon monoxide last year . The two workers Greg and Blade arrived right on schedule with big smiles to light up the room .They were very professional and efficient. One of the stoves was difficult because of age and availability of parts but they were able to get it back in good working order without any emissions The also were quick to remind us of safety practices around our stove regarding upkeep and maintenance and use of detectors. Drake's did a great job planting a tree in our front yard last spring, taking extra care not to damage our driveway or lawn. Recently, I had a question about the health of another (non-Drake's) tree on our property, and Brooke responded immediately asking for pictures, then sent a detailed analysis with instructions. Very impressed.

I didn’t think on my first appointment I’d actually feel a change. I literally felt that change when I had my first adjustment and it’s been that way every other appointment. Usually you go to the hospital and you get prescribed a drug or service but there aren’t immediate responses. It may take a while . Maybe a couple of hours, days, weeks or months . But this change happened there and then . I still remember my reaction to it . That being said when I got introduced to King’s Town, my body has felt stronger and lighter. I have been at Samatva for almost a year and I can’t say anything other than this should be everyone’s place. Every instructor I have had (Kelly, Beth, Tricia, Katie, Kamila, Hollie, Brendine, and Lorraine) have been beyond impressive. They know their stuff, their words at the beginning and end of practice are thoughtful and insightful and leave me always thinking. All staff are welcoming and friendly and know everyone by name when they come in. I have been having Ionic Foot Cleanse for the past two month weekly. I did this too help myself as i have not been feeling well and have liver and kidney issues mostly pain and quite a few uti's.
Since having the cleanses my pain is gone. I have not had a uti and i have so much energy and feel fabulous. I have been sleeping better too. I also had some yeast/candida spots on my upper side and under breasts that has totally gone and has not come back at all.
I am posting this for those that dont think these cleanses work. They did for me and i am so glad that i started them and at the mudhouse with Keila.

One RMT I had many years ago was good butmoved away . I tried many others which just didn't find or work the spots needed. Then I tried Greg he finds issue spots very easy even ones didn't know I had and his technique relives issues leaving me less tense. Glad I found his business.

She really pays attention to my needs and knows just how to relieve any tension I have. The atmosphere is so calming, making it the perfect place to unwind.
