One of my favorite salons and spas that I've been to in Kingston. All of the staff are super warm, welcoming and kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. I didn't go to salons a lot so it didn't really know what to expect and it blew it out of my expectations. I've gone here to get haircuts and dyes(Jahnita) as well as massages and waxing(Casey/Rachel)All services have been great every time. And haven't even had friends come here and have good experiences as well. I have met many of the staff here and all are kind and welcoming. Total Diva is a really great place. In Kingston there are a lot of places that claim to be the best salon, spa, etc., but Total Diva is the only place I've found that does a great job at every service they offer. Their staff are friendly and professional, personable and welcoming, and the salon itself is upscale and fun. I will continue to be a regular client for a long time and I'm excited to try all the different services that they offer. I recommend everyone else try them too!

Always love comming in to see the girls and get some pampering. Very cozy vibes with some of the most friendly and accommodating staff in the business. I would highly recommend this place.
