Very happy with the service provided. Fixed a plugged kitchen sink with a solution that enabling unplugging the drainpipes today and will make it easier if situation were to happen again in the future. Thorough work and polite/helpful technician.
I contacted John the Plumber late on a Friday with a non-emergency water leak from an exposed and easily accessible water line in my basement ceiling. I was promptly and politely scheduled with an appointment early the following Monday. A plumber, Alberto, arrived at my home and quickly accessed the repair required. We enjoyed a great conversation as he performed his work and as I learned more about his profession and the repair taking place. I was very satisfied with the work. However, I consider the hour's work expensive at $406 (discount and taxes applied). That said, I was given an estimate before worked proceeded and I accepted the fee to ensure the leak was repaired....read full review
This is the second time we've needed the services of John the Plumber. They are excellent. Ryan and Francis were friendly, professional and worked efficiently. The company chooses their employees well. They worked with integrity and solved the problem of no water.
