I absolutely look forward to every session and now classes. I am past 50yrs and over 200lbs so not what some ppl might consider your typical Pilates student/participant/client,but Georgia has a way of introducing this form of exercise almost as a form of therapy. And this is introduced to you by way of doing the exercises and movements and then feeling the improvements.I've felt relief from the aches and pains but yet strengthened at the same time.Georgia listens to what you have to say about what is going on in your body and tailors the sessions for your benefit. I've had 3 private sessions so far(with one more to go) and 1 class experience and looking forward to more classes. If at all possible I would suggest taking some private sessions to start, just do what you can because if your experience is anything like mine then you'll notice and feel the improvements as you go along. I really like the studio space too. It's powerful but yet kind if that makes any sense.
Georgia and her team are very knowledgeable. They tailor to everyone's need and provide exceptional guidance. The studio is lovely.
