Mark Finucan is a consummate professional and his craftsmanship is second to none. Mark is honest, timely, organized, considerate and pleasant to work with. I recently recruited Mark and his team to complete a Legal Secondary Suite, the project could not have turned out better. I rent to working professionals and both of my tenants over 2 years have told me that my Legal Apartment is the nicest that they have lived in. The unit feels like a home. Mark and his crew and any subtrades that he’s brought in to do work for us have been such knowledgeable professionals, they are highly responsive, their work and skills are second to none, and they are just overall really great humans. We hired Mark to make some small improvements to our home that had suffered a flood in June of 2023 while the insurance company and the restoration company would be responsible for the overall rebuild of the home. And let me just say… if I could have hired Mark to do the whole house from top to bottom, I would have in a heartbeat. Mark and his crew were quick and efficient getting the work done, they offered their professional advice whenever I had questions, and the quality of work really showed! Not only that, Mark was unbelievably gracious and patient while we dealt with our home insurance and the restoration company (which, if you don’t know what it’s like dealing with insurance, it makes you want to pull your hair out). And when we felt like insurance/restoration were treating us unfairly, Mark (and Len) even recommended contacts to help us out. Throughout this whole year (and we’re still not done lol), we’ve dealt with 2 deployments (with two kids under 7) on top of all this. Mark was kind enough to walk me through everything (because I know nothing about construction lol), truly going above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for his patience and compassion that has made this whole experience so much better. Truly a skilled contractor with a heart of gold! We will absolutely be working with him again.
