“Great vet, very compassionate. Stark difference between here and Lakeshore in Oakville. We only went to Lakeshore because they had a late appointment available. This place is definitely better for my cat and they're following her needs perfectly!“

“I cannot recommend this pet hospital enough. My cat broke her canine and they have done everything to work with me on billing with insurance, setting up appointments, walking me through the procedure.

But to boot, my dog got locked in my car today outside their office. I was panicking and close to sobs. They stayed with me after hours to make sure we found someone to get her out, had clean cool water for her on hand and did everything to help me get to her and make sure she was okay.

Above and beyond call of duty. They love animals and I will never go anywhere else in Hamilton for my pets.“

They were so great with care and explaining stuff to us about the creations and didn't rush us to do anything. We appreciate the kind honest and respect they had towards their clients.“

I'm Really happy with this Vet so far, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the prices are very fair and they do a good job of explaining what your options are to balance the cost vs best care for your pet.

Plus they also offer pet daycare in house which I haven't used yet, but I really like knowing it's all at the same place if/when I need it in the future.“
