I have used McDonald’s Service Centre my whole life (as a driver), and I continue to use them because I love the way they do business and I credit them for keeping my car running smoothly on the road... even after many years, I am happy to keep going to them for any vehicle issues I have. Just this past week, they have gone above and beyond my expectations and they continue to help me when I come to them, recently helping me out when I really needed it.They are a smaller operation, but it gives the place a more personalized feel to it. They have an awesome team. Although they are very wise regarding car-related matters, it is always so pleasant to speak to the people at that place. And I find them very open about issues, and I have listened to their recommendations and taken their advice for years and years now, and I do not regret it at all. And at every step of the way, I am consistently contacted to make sure I am aware of what needs to be done. I have heard stories of mechanics that are quick to get a car in, and get it out ASAP to work on the next car that comes to them, but I have been very satisfied with this place because of their personal touches. And their solutions have been ones that have seemingly worked well for me.I find them to be very reasonable as well compared to other mechanics in the G.T.A. And even when I have gone to other mechanics (due to the close proximity of my car to the closest mechanic after a problem immediately comes up), I’ve never felt the same level of service, engagement, care, and consideration as with the folks at McDonald’s Service Centre.I have thanked them many times over the years, and for anyone who needs a great vehicle mechanic team, I recommend them very highly.“

“I dropped off my truck for the install of new tires and certification in Feb 2024. My car is 14 years old and thus is a gamble every time they open the hood.They were patient. Logical. And took the time to explain what if’s. All via text as I was out of the country. The Costa were completely reasonable and they accommodated all my requests.All well and good. What blew my mind is when I picked it up. Not only were my ties sick. Wow. But also. All the annoying interior settings were fixed. My blinker that didn’t blink long enough. Fixed. The interior lights are brighter. The lights turn off when I close the doors.I don’t know what they did. But it’s magical. Would recommend to a friend. Good job. And thank you.“
