I dropped off my truck for the install of new tires and certification in Feb 2024. My car is 14 years old and thus is a gamble every time they open the hood.They were patient. Logical. And took the time to explain what if’s. All via text as I was out of the country. The Costa were completely reasonable and they accommodated all my requests.All well and good. What blew my mind is when I picked it up. Not only were my ties sick. Wow. But also. All the annoying interior settings were fixed. My blinker that didn’t blink long enough. Fixed. Excellent experience! Was coming out of town from Niagara Falls and heard a funny noise coming from my truck. Pulled in to Simon Bros and they were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose a mechanical issue with my engine, that my regular mechanic had overlooked. Would strongly recommend this garage and is almost worth driving to from Niagara due to their honesty and professional service. Hard to find these days! Appreciate the positive experience and very reasonable prices!
