“I found out on Google that Halton Auto Service & Transmission is a well-known auto shop in Milton. My Subaru Forester needed new front brakes, so I reached out to them. Adam at the front desk welcomed us very warmly and scheduled the replacement for the next morning (Friday). Before the replacement, they called to let us know the thickness of the front brake pads, and after the job was done, they specifically reminded us to come in on Monday for a re-torque. Since I had other commitments on Monday and couldn’t make it, the shop very responsibly called me on Tuesday morning to remind us to come in for the re-torque. We were truly touched by their warmth and professionalism! Thank you again! I’ll definitely consider this shop for my future maintenance and repairs。”

“Great and amazing experience!

I was hearing a clunking noise from my vehicle and initially visited a couple of mechanics that I had used before. They started telling me horror stories about expensive suspension and sway bar repairs. Fortunately, a friend of mine who knows a lot about cars took a quick look and suggested that a few bolts might simply be missing and that it was not a major issue.

I decided to take my vehicle to Brian’s, and I’m glad I did. The team was honest, professional, and transparent from the start. After inspecting the vehicle, they confirmed exactly what my friend had suspected: a couple of missing bolts. There was no attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs or exaggerate the problem.

Within a day, they had my vehicle fixed and returned to me at a very reasonable cost, with fair labor charges and excellent workmanship.

I am extremely happy with both their work and customer service. It’s refreshing to find an honest repair shop that genuinely looks after its customers. I would highly recommend Brian’s to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable automotive service.”
