“After having a bad experience at another shop and being new to the city, I started bringing my 2008 Hyundai Accent here about three years ago, and they’ve earned my trust. Chris has built an honest shop, and Rob is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
I know my car is almost 20 years old, and with a vehicle like that there are often hidden issues once the work begins—rust, seized parts, worn components, and all the little surprises that come with age. What I’ve appreciated most is that they never treated my car like it wasn’t worth fixing. Instead, they’ve always taken the time to find practical solutions and do everything they reasonably can to keep it safely on the road.
Over the years I’ve come back because they’ve earned my trust. They’ve been honest about what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and they’ve always tried to help me get the most life possible out of an older vehicle without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs.
If you’re looking for a shop that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you, Chris and Rob, for looking after my little Accent over the years.”
