My Streetsville Lexus master mechanic retired. So based on the reviews here I visited and talked to Dave about a suspension issue of my Venza. Dave put the car on a lift, and showed me what's needed to be done. He also pointed out that Toyota does not sell a bushing for the fix. He suggested I go to eBay and find that part. I am all for saving $ so over the holidays I devoted some time and ordered the part from the USA for $100 shipped to my door. This costs 1/6 of what I would have spent to order the entire suspension knuckle ($600) from Toyota when all that was needed is a rubber bushing (one of three) inside the knuckle.My Venza now tracks straight and true. Always a pleasure working with Dave. Clear communication, reasonable pricing, and always an enjoyable experience overall. If your car needs to be serviced, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and giving Dave a visit/call.
