I took my car to the dealer to have my emergency brake fixed. I was given a quote over $2000 advising the repair would require all new brake drums and shoes.
I took my car to Schueler Auto, who quickly determined the e-brake cable was snapped on one side and seized on the other. Dave replaced the brake cables, and serviced the brakes which he said were fine and did not need replacing.
Thank you Dave, my E-brake is now working and for a 1/4 the price I was originally quoted!
I will definitely be bringing my cars to Schueler in the future!
