I want to give a huge thank you to Mayur at Active Green + Ross.
I was chasing a coolant issue that had been driving me crazy. My car kept making a loud swishing/gurgling noise inside the cabin, and despite my efforts, I couldn’t get rid of it.
Mayur took the time to diagnose the issue properly instead of guessing. He drained the old coolant, vacuum-filled the cooling system, installed a new radiator cap, and thoroughly bled all the trapped air out of the system.
The difference was immediate. I drove to a car meet and all the way back, and for the first time there wasn’t a single coolant noise from the cabin. The car runs exactly the way it should now.
I was very happy with the service. Even though they were closing in just 20 minutes, Tahir still took my car in for a repair. Tahir was very professional, friendly l, and pleasant to deal with. It’s rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile like that. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.
