“Boarded my cat here while on a 12 day vacation; the staff were there during a snowstorm to take him in and get him set up. Staff on site were polite, accommodating, and reassuring. I was brought back into the kennel to be shown where my cat would stay; a spacious clean cage with two separated areas (one for lounging/eating, one for litter). His cage was just as clean when I picked him up 12 days later. I was able to take my time helping him into his cage and saying goodbye. I could tell he was given attention while he was there as he was didn't try to make a break for it as soon as I opened the cage door. He was clean, well-fed, and content. Would recommend!“
