We were greeted by the staff in one of the worst days as a pet owner. Our 16 yr old dog Angel was not doing great.Dr Grewold brought us into the examining room and explained to my wife and son that her quality of life was not good.He was very compassionate and took the time to explain to my son what was going to happen. The staff and doctor were outstanding@what was a hard day for us.A very big thank you to Dr Grewold and all the staff much appreciated.
Very nice staff and they take good care of our pets. Would recommend highly. Best Veterinary staff in all of Essex and Windsor area... They took care of Winston so well above and beyond what you would expect... Love this place and so did Winston he was always happy to be there 🙂♥️ Tags and Precious always get the same care too...
