Pampered Pet Palace

Boarded my cat here while on a 12 day vacation; the staff were there during a snowstorm to take him in and get him set up. Staff on site were polite, accommodating, and reassuring. I was brought back into the kennel to be shown where my cat would stay; a spacious clean cage with two separated areas (one for lounging/eating, one for litter). His cage was just as clean when I picked him up 12 days later. I was able to take my time helping him into his cage and saying goodbye. I could tell he was given attention while he was there as he was didn't try to make a break for it as soon as I opened the cage door. He was clean, well-fed, and content. Would recommend!

The new owners are such lovely people. I board my elderly dog when I travel and he is always well taken care of and always happy and healthy when I pick him up. Murphy also gets groomed here and Stephanie does an amazing job- best I have seen. Greg (owner) is so smart with regards to dog handling and difficult behaviours. I trust Greg and Stephanie with my fur baby and hope you do as well.

We brought our boy to see Doug. He was well taken care of. He literally came home smiling from feeling like he was on top of the world. Doug did an exceptional job and our boy looked too handsome. You did such a thorough job, Doug. Thank you for taking us so quickly and for being so gentle and patient with him on his first visit. Doug will now be our main groomer and he had a groomer already for 3 years prior. So pleased with Pampered Pet Place.. they truly are pampered.
