Penny is welcoming & happy when I take my older cockapoo for her grooming. Penny will focus on what my dog can handle during the groom & will ensure she comes back to me looking pretty! Penny charges a reasonable rate & is easy to schedule with from appointment to appt. I recommend her to friends & family.

I loooooove this place! The best and most caring groomer I have ever met. She truly loves animals and treats them like royalty. I drive to Essex because I won't go anywhere else! Soooo thankful for the wonderful service:-)

I have an almost 7 year old Great Dane who can be a nasty bully to most people outside our home. I informed Penny of this when I made my first appointment with her. She was also made aware that he doesn't like men around women who are alone. From the moment we dropped our cherished boy off he fell in love with her. She is so comfortable with him now she sits on the floor while cutting his nails (my dog is approximately 5 feet from toe to the top of his head and weights 150 pounds). She makes the environment as comfortable as possible for him when it comes to other animals and people in his space.
