174 Spadina Ave. Unit 103, Toronto“I had an incredible experience at Atinama Massage & Wellness Clinic. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for in a calm, relaxing environment.
A special thank you to Gillian, who was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, and Gillian was extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough throughout the treatment. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated.
The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and offers a holistic wellness experience that truly focuses on helping clients feel their best. I highly recommend Gillian to anyone looking for lymphatic drainage or massage therapy in Toronto. I will definitely be returning!“

During the summer yoga sessions are also held in the park on weekend.
I first found the Yoga House through my search for in person discussion and information about menapause. It was helpfull to hear what other women are going through and what they have tried. I found the info i needed to sleep better.“

250 Carlaw Ave suite 101, Toronto“Today was my first time at Slow Medicine -what a beautiful, warm and inviting space. I had an RMT appointment with Peter, and this was by far one of the best treatments I've received. I am seven months post total hip replacement. After having lived with a problematic hip joint for years, surrounding muscles and tissues have compensated resulting in chronic tension. I walked out feeling relief! I am definitely going back! Peter was kind and attentive, checked-in when he applied more pressure, and clearly knew what he was doing! Thank you!“

3241 Kennedy Rd Unit 7, Scarborough“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I purchased the introductory pass for 8 classes and have really enjoyed my experience at Hot Yoga Wellness Kennedy. In just a short time, I have noticed improvements in both my flexibility and strength. The instructors are welcoming and supportive, and Guy in particular is incredibly knowledgeable. He does a great job of challenging the class while also helping students improve their form and technique. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to build strength, mobility, and confidence in their practice.“

18 Hook Ave #106, Toronto“I’m in between jobs and decided to try yoga again after a long break, with the plan to check out a few studios before deciding. I took Breathe’s new student offer for 2 weeks, and from the very first class I knew this was it.
The atmosphere is so welcoming - attentive teachers, friendly classmates, and classes that aren’t overcrowded. The facilities are great too: a nice waiting area, clean changing rooms, lockers, and even a shower. Everything feels calm and you immediately feel at home there.
The best part for me are the Ashtanga yoga classes. I was planning to try other studios, but I don’t need to. I’m staying at Breathe!“

372a Danforth Ave, Toronto“I love Modo Yoga at Chester. The hot yoga keeps me sane in the winter and always leaves me feeling better. I’ve never left a class regretting it.“
“The owner is great. She does a lot of classes and is very friendly and was offering to show the blue jays world series game at her studio. I came here specifically for restorative class and though my first class was great enough to come back a 2nd time, I think restorative yoga would be best for me if it were quieter with less talking which allows more focus on the individual body as per Judith lasaters restorative yoga instruction. The teacher Monica is super kind nevertheless!“

1380 Don Mills Rd., Toronto“I had a great experience at LA Fitness, and a big part of that was thanks to Kira. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Not only did she make sure I was comfortable and set up properly at the gym, but she also went out of her way to help me find my AirPods, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to find someone who’s both great at their job and genuinely kind and thoughtful. Kira is a real asset to LA Fitness, and her positive energy makes the whole place better. Highly recommend!“

702 Pape Ave, Toronto“I've been a member of Energia Athletics for a year now. I started at the complete beginning of a new fitness journey, where a flight of stairs would have me out of breath. I had a conventional gym membership, but always found ways to talk myself out of going! My partner encouraged me to give CrossFit a try.
I started with Energia’s CrossFit Foundations, where the coaches get to know you one-on-one and go over the basics in great detail; and then joined the regular classes. The community and culture of Energia has made it easy to stick to, and the members become your friends, who encourage you during your workouts together. I think my fitness has greatly improved over the year and I'm looking forward to doing more! Jess, Bernard and all the coaches are an amazing team who meet you where you're at, encourage you, but also make you feel comfortable with no judgement. They're incredibly detailed with their instruction and prioritise correct form and technique. I definitely recommend Energia to anyone. ?“
“This is one of the most authentic community groups you would ever encounter to learn Yoga and the way of life. I had the fortune of getting introduced to this center, and experience learning Yoga the right way, backed up with theory classes. This center will show you the map to your journey of life through Yoga, and spirituality.“

“I cannot recommend Traci highly enough. Over the years, I have worked with many massage therapists, but none have come close to the level of care, skill, intuition, and dedication that Traci brings to every session.
What sets her apart is her unwavering commitment to finding and resolving the source of pain. She doesn't simply follow a routine—she carefully listens to the body, trying different techniques and approaches until the tension, knots, and discomfort begin to release. Her persistence and attention to detail are truly remarkable.
Traci has an extraordinary gift for healing. Her hands seem to instinctively know exactly where the body needs attention, and she works tirelessly to restore balance and relief. There have been times when I have walked out of her studio feeling completely relaxed, loose, and free of pain—as though years of tension had simply melted away.
Beyond her technical expertise, Traci genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. Every treatment feels personalized, thoughtful, and focused on achieving real results.
If you're looking for someone with exceptional skill, deep compassion, and truly healing hands, look no further. Traci is not just a massage therapist—she is a gifted healer.“
