“Signed up for membership got a tour . Gym was clean busy and pool was clean no hair . Hot tub is nice no hair in it . Well kept up gym washrooms were clean locker room nice and tidy .“

Siobhan is a great instructor and I always look forward to the next class. I love the smaller class and wonderful participants, I always leave feeling peaceful and stronger.“
