They even fixed up a little crack coming down from my window towards the roof because they saw it and just went ahead and fixed. No additional charge. “I just had Halco Roofing come and repair some roof leaks that were happening around my roof vents. I wanted to get this repair done before the snow arrives. Larry came and did an initial inspection on Monday December 4. Tuesday December 5th, Larry and his sons arrived in the morning to do the necessary repairs. They found that the plastic vents had cracks allowing water to seep under the vent and damage the plywood. They cut out the damaged plywood and replaced it, then installed ice/water shield, new metal roof vents and shingles. Finally everything was then caulked and sealed. They cleaned up all the debris and from the road you cannot tell areas were repaired. Larry and his sons are truly professionals, friendly, and want to provide each customer with great service at a fair price. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.“

“Sean was a pleasure to deal with. Offered to send someone for an emergency repair on short notice at my rental property. First experience calling Maximum Roofing, but they will definitely be my new first call for all roofing projects. I picked Sean for the job because he was able to send someone to come out for the repair within a day! I was so impressed with the service I received, that I asked for a price to strip the problem side of my roof, and replace plywood, and re-shingle to avoid future shingles getting blown off due to aging wood.The price I was given surprised me.
