Well we.signed up on April 30 and.was told.we would be working with Doug the project manager who would setup the start of our project. In my surprise on May 3 Doug had texted me that a.spot.had opened up for.the next day ar.ound noon to which I said sure.
So on May 4 at 1:45 the crew showed up and we did a quick meet and greet and the men went right to work removing our old eavestroughing replacing with a 6inch trough bigger than our old plus seamless . Then they installed the gutter guard which I found to be superiors from other brands Mark was great at explaining and pointing out the differences .

“I called Straight Arrow Roofing for a small flashing repair and I'm very happy with their work. They were able to get someone out the same week and pointed out another issue I didn't know about, but that I'm glad to have been informed about. They quickly came up with a couple solutions and got everything fixed the same day. Some roofers just lay counter flashing flat against the brick and only use caulking but straight arrow does it properly and cuts a groove into the mortar of the brick to tuck it into. I plan to call them back when it's time to consider replacing my roof.“
