We first contacted them in the dead of winter due to a roofing emergency, and Renato returned our call promptly. They provided a timely, effective temporary fix that prevented serious interior damage to our home, which we truly appreciated.
When it came time for the full roof replacement, the work was done exceptionally well. Renato and his crew were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They also installed leaf guards on our eaves, leaving our roof looking brand new and beautiful.
The cleanup was outstanding - honestly, the area looked better than it did before they arrived, which was such a nice surprise. Pro Roofing responds quickly, works efficiently, and clearly takes pride in their work.
