I just had Halco Roofing come and repair some roof leaks that were happening around my roof vents. I wanted to get this repair done before the snow arrives. Larry came and did an initial inspection on Monday December 4. Tuesday December 5th, Larry and his sons arrived in the morning to do the necessary repairs. They found that the plastic vents had cracks allowing water to seep under the vent and damage the plywood. They cut out the damaged plywood and replaced it, then installed ice/water shield, new metal roof vents and shingles. Finally everything was then caulked and sealed. We're very happy to have chosen Halco Roofing to replace our roof. A family run business that takes pride in their work. Very friendly, courteous, and thorough. You may be able to find cheaper but you'll be sacrificing quality and workmanship. The only thing we were unprepared for was the amount of plywood on our roof that had to be replaced. Though needed, at $100 a sheet, it can significantly affect your quote. Just keep it in mind. The quality of materials they use are second to none and come with a great warranty. (Also transferrable). We have great peace of mind heading into the winter and beyond with our new roof! Highly recommend Halco Roofing.
