They even fixed up a little crack coming down from my window towards the roof because they saw it and just went ahead and fixed. No additional charge. “City of Hamilton project. The media- (CHCH news, Hamilton Spectator) have been updating the community on the plans regarding an addition on a house in North end Hamilton. An off-duty city building inspector had noticed that a home under construction on Ferrie Street South appeared unsafe and immediately notified the city on the evening of Jan. 10. Media outlets report the home will be partially demolished after the city learned the owner could not comply with an order issued under the Ontario Building Code.On February 5 Newfoundland Roofers started demolition. The neighbours were extremely happy to see the production of this unsafe structure being removed.“

“Sam and his team provide fast, quality and professional service. They delivered ahead of schedule, did masterful work and we're really happy. They completed work in 1 day that other companies said would take 4 or 5 days and Sam also competed with other companies on price. Sam completed siding of a new addition and repair and restoration of siding for the older structure for a really nice overall finished project. Sam was responsive and went over and above. It is early days however there is a 10 year warranty offered. Thank you!“
