A job well done! Felt that the whole process from quote, to install, to post install was great. Felt very reassured with my purchase and that I went with complete roofing! Did not feel any pressure tactics like some other companies that quoted me. While the job was being done, the owner even inspected the work being done mid day! I've been dealing with a nightmare of an issue with a leak in my roof from a wildlife company adding wire mesh to my soffit to prevent a raccoon from getting back into the soffit. This work was completed in 2013 - they screwed the mesh into the shingles that Complete installed in 2012. Over time the silicone rotted and we developed a leak which has led to a mess that insurance won't cover.The roofer who assessed the roof noted that the roofing was still absolutely fine except for the area that the wildlife company corrupted.Today I called Complete Roofing and left them a voicemail asking whether by any chance they had a record of the job they did for me 11 years ago!...read full review

Today I showed up to spray a lawn at a property one of Complete Roofings crews were working at. Several members of the crew, without me asking, jumped up and started moving their equipment, materials and signs off the lawn so I could do my work. Not many contractors will do this. It might seem like a small thing, but to me it shows that these guys are aware, care and are considerate. Sometimes it's the small things that show who you really are. Thanks guys!
