“I am writing this as the 500th Reviewer. I dropped my phone on accident, it fell face-first and the screen was unresponsive and was finished. I immediately searched for the screen online and couldn't find anything near me and shipping time was going to be a while. I called iFix Express and needed a screen replacement for my Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate phone ASAP as I needed my phone for work and was down a phone resulting in not being able to get things done as well in which required my phone.

I spoke to Jay and he was able to order the screen for me and told me to bring the phone in and drop it off while it comes. I came and brought my phone, a bit later I was informed that the phone was ready so came back to the store, inspected my phone and it looked great like it was brand new the way I bought it. There are not even many parts in Canada for the Asus phone and these guys were able to get the parts and fix my phone for me the same day which I was absolutely stunned by. Otherwise I would have had to order the screen online, wait for it to come and then take it to someone to install for me.

“I had a green screen issue on my iPhone 15 Pro Max caused by water damage in the lake and was looking for an OEM screen replacement. Apple wouldn’t replace it, and a few other repair shops turned me away as well. The owner here took care of me from start to finish.

Not only did he install an OEM screen for me, but he also carefully resealed the phone with a new waterproof seal around the screen and even added protective film shielding for the logic board. He cleaned the inside of the phone before sealing everything back up and tested the device thoroughly with me before I left. Of course, I am not taking my phone near a lake again.

Super honest guy who explained every step of the process clearly and never tried to upsell me. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work the right way. After this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll be going back to Apple for repairs anymore. Highly recommend.“

“There's alot of cellphone shop in this plaza but I always go to JP. They did my daughter's Ipad screen that took only 3 hrs. Last time I had it repaired I had to leave it in the shop for 3 days. Also my husband's phone. And today I came in to get my phone's charging port replaced but the guy there told me that it just needs cleaning. And he was right. He cleaned it and now works great.
