My name is Harry, and I’m a customer of Freedom Mobile. I visited JP Wireless today for assistance with my phone. The owner, an older gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. He fixed my phone within just a couple of minutes and didn’t charge me anything.
I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. It’s not often that you come across this level of customer service these days. Thank you again for taking the time to help me. It was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend JP Wireless to anyone looking for friendly, honest, and trustworthy service.

There's alot of cellphone shop in this plaza but I always go to JP. They did my daughter's Ipad screen that took only 3 hrs. Last time I had it repaired I had to leave it in the shop for 3 days. Also my husband's phone. And today I came in to get my phone's charging port replaced but the guy there told me that it just needs cleaning. And he was right. He cleaned it and now works great. Repair prices are also reasonable. 👌
