have had many dealings with Advanced Basement Systems over the years from installing a backup sump pump system to a major repair to a rubble stone foundation on a century house. Their staff have always been very professional and polite when dealing with my wife and me. Last week Derek C came to do the annual service inspection on our backup sump pump. He was a very pleasant young man who was very knowledgeable about the system he was servicing. He pointed out a couple of items that might need replacing in the future because of age and wear. There was no pressure to spend money today on items that might have another year or two life in them. I was very impressed with the fact that he wanted to make us aware of possible future expenses without any mention that we should spend money now that was not yet needed. He is a real credit to ABS.

Wow, this team was phenomenal!! They installed the permanent Gemstone lights on our house, and these guys were total rockstars from start to finish. They were very prompt, very respectful and cleaned everything up afterwards. If I could rate higher I would! I came in with a really horrible botched bleach, and the ladies at A Cut Above got me to a gorgeous natural looking blonde. The first thing I thought was that it looked like Bridgette Bardot's hair! And for such a great price! I couldn't reccomend them higher!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tropical Beauty in Chatham. I called last minute needing basically an emergency nail appointment, and from the very first interaction online, everyone was so kind and accommodating.
When I arrived, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming, and all of the nail techs there were lovely, but I especially want to thank Ayla (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She was absolutely amazing. I came in honestly not feeling emotionally great, and she was just so kind to me from the moment I sat down. We talked throughout my appointment, and she made me feel comfortable and cared about be me as a person, not just as a client.
On top of that, she did the most incredible job on my nails. I genuinely cannot believe these nails are attached to my own fingers — I’m obsessed with them. The attention to detail, the service, the atmosphere… everything was amazing.

I LOVE tease hair salon, I’ve been going here for 2 years now and with the same stylist for over 6 years. They are the best in here, they really make sure that you have all your needs met and that you are reassured and happy with the outcome. If you don’t like how things turned out they will happily work with you to get it back to how you want. Brittany the owner is amazing she’s very friendly, and flexible with bookings, I’ve booked a few times with her and she’s really careful with my hair as I have been dying it blonde for 6 years now. Keri my regular stylist is AMAZING she takes such good care of me, makes sure I have little to no breakage when she bleaches my hair and takes care of me like one of her own children❤️ Teri is also amazing! Even tho I haven’t booked with her she’s very flexible with her clients, her hair styles and colours always turn out amazing and she has flexible working hours to suit all of your booking needs. Brooke is also amazing!!! She’s very bubbly and positive and welcoming when you’re in there. Her hair styles always look fantastic and I recommend her to anyone as well. Went for Mt first ever massage today. I chose the 30 minute relaxation massage and OH MY GOD...it was so good. Laura was very professional and kind and let me know everything she was doing and made me feels comfortable. She did a great massage, I felt much better after it and booked another. I've just had a new air conditioner installed and they crew that installed it did an incredible job all 3 guys were very knowledgeable...personable and respectful of my property's well as kept me informed as to what they were doing every step of the way...would definitely recommend them...also the salesman that came to my house was very thorough and explained my purchase in detail...
Needed a kitchen sink and faucet installed. Called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Owen installed everything and he was friendly and professional and even took away the old sink and faucet. After he left, we noticed a gap along one side of the sink. Called the office and Owen returned later in the afternoon and quickly solved the problem. Will definitely use Willie G's Master Plumber again when the need arises.

We took our long fur female kitty to Victoria yesterday for a shave and nail trim. She was full of matted knots and became terribly aggressive whenever I tried to brush them out Nor was she fond if nail trims. My husband and I were present during the grooming.
Wow!!! We could not believe our eyes! Victoria and her assistant, Samantha are simply amazing! Our Suzie was totally enchanted with Victoria. There was not one moment when Suzie complained. She absolutely loved her groom. Victoria did a beautiful shave and Suzie loves her🥰 A super experience with a true professional.
