I think this place is great, I think the medical secretaries do a great job. I think they have a tough job and while they can come off stern, they are great people working really hard but you need to be the best advocate for yourself too. While I have faced complications at times with different providers in this clinic, its not something I haven't been able to solve by talking to staff and landing in a better position. I think the clinic helps the community a lot and the medical secretaries get way more flack than they deserve. They have to deal with ppl crashing out all day everyday, give them some slack
My Dr retired and I had no one. I was lucky to be able to come here. Very helpful people. They're willing to accommodate you and I'm happy to be there My NP is Great to dealwith, understanding, pleasant and helpful.
