I think this place is great, I think the medical secretaries do a great job. I think they have a tough job and while they can come off stern, they are great people working really hard but you need to be the best advocate for yourself too. While I have faced complications at times with different providers in this clinic, its not something I haven't been able to solve by talking to staff and landing in a better position. I think the clinic helps the community a lot and the medical secretaries get way more flack than they deserve. They have to deal with ppl crashing out all day everyday, give them some slack
