I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tropical Beauty in Chatham. I called last minute needing basically an emergency nail appointment, and from the very first interaction online, everyone was so kind and accommodating.

When I arrived, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming, and all of the nail techs there were lovely, but I especially want to thank Ayla (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She was absolutely amazing. I came in honestly not feeling emotionally great, and she was just so kind to me from the moment I sat down.
