“I had my hair washed and styled here for an event. The staff was nice and I appreciated that they fit me into their schedule. The hair wash was minimal - took a minute or two - with no conditioning or product afterwards. My hairstyle looked nice and I had lots of compliments over the night! It was done much more quickly than I am used to and I was in and out in maybe a half hour or so. I added a bit more hairspray afterwards but the style stayed in place over the evening, despite dancing. Definitely a reasonable price (though more than initially quoted). They didn't tell me that they only take cash, which would have been nice to know when booking as this is unusual these days & many don't carry cash.Service: Updos“

“It all depends on the person you get I guess. I was there a few weeks back and the service was great. I go there today and it wasnt pleasant at all. I walk in there all sitting on there phones and nobody wanted to move so the lady asked another worker if she wanted to take this one. Didnt look like she wanted to but she did unfortunately she wasnt very friendly wouldnt really engage in conversation didnt do what I was asking. At all. So I went back kn and got her to correct it .She says is that better I've never in my life had them that thin ever and there is no shape at all and I told her if she did any more I wouldnt have any eyebrows left. Got a lil laugh out of that. But you know if you dont like your job or if you having a bad day dont take it out on someone else as in a customer. Sorry but I expect better service then that if I'm paying for it. But anyway I'll have to let them grow out and start again. Wasnt a pleasant visit at all. Usually it is I love it there. There usually happy joking around and engaging with there customers. What happened?????“
