Pipe burst behind my washer, causing me to shut off water to the whole house. Called Plumb Tech and they had my water back on in an hour and a half. Craig and Matt did a great job. Top notch.

Had water seeping in through the base of two walls in the downstairs laundry room, downstairs kitchen floor and along the base of two walls in the downstairs bathroom. Sump pumps were functioning properly. My neighbour noticed outside the water was not draining properly away from the house and suggested I call a plumber immediately. I called many plumbing companies and Plumb Tech were the only ones who could come out first thing in the morning the very next day. Craig and Matt were so professional and polite as I took them through the affected rooms in the basement and showed them outside where the water was not draining out properly.
