I have worked for Advanced Basement Systems for over 4 years now and have many of our products in my home. Not because I received them at a reduced cost, I didn't, because after hearing all the amazing customer reviews and learning how they work to improve your home and air quality, I had to. Recently, I had Rickie out to instal a primary and backup system. Even though we are fellow colleagues he told me, "It doesn't matter, we have internal and external customers. Just because you work here, you will get the same experience.' He called me when he was about ten minutes away, to let me know he would be arriving right on time. Which I appreciate very much, nothing worse than worrying all day about when they will show up or someone showing up 20 minutes early when you aren't ready. He did his work quick and efficiently, ensuring I understood everything along the way (even though I already know these products). Thank-you to everyone at Advanced Basement Systems, where everyone truly cares not only about one another, but about every customer, potential customer or anyone we meet and their home's needs. (The before photo is last, and typically we would leave the cords in the 'after' nicer, however we need to move some electrical boxes still.) Seeing the passion in action, about every small detail along the way makes me so proud to work here, tell people I work here and the confidence to recommend our work to anyone and everyone.
I can’t say enough about the quality work done by advance basements based out of Chatham .From inspector Tom Blackburn to the installation team consisting of members Jose,Jefferson,Nathan,Andrew I can’t say enough friendly considerate and fast getting job done .
