“I have dealt with JEM Roofing for 14 years now. They have always been very prompt in responding to my needs, from a simple job like shingling my garage/workshop roof to dealing with a 1904 full two story house with a very steep roof and five (5) layers of shingles that needed to be removed and disposed of. Last Friday in the 100km+ winds we lost one row of shingles off our house roof. Knowing they are closed on Saturday, I called just to leave a message for Monday. Not only was someone in the office to handle emergency calls, she arranged for a crew to be at my house Saturday afternoon. The two men who responded were very courteous, did a great job, showed me pictures of the roof before and after the repair and even cleaned up and took away the shingles that had blown to the ground. If there were six starts, I would give the staff at JEM Roofing six.“
