“Such a great day with the new install all Season Heating / Cooling Heat Pump technology Installed by Hearth & Home from Brantford.. Technicians worked so hard to complete a 2 day job all in one .. Incredible ..The owner actually came and helped most of day.. So appreciated..The customer service is absolutely next to none ..Andy u were here first thing in morning w the guys to ensure all got started and pitched in as well which was not even r job to do so..They went over the check list at end to ensure everything was done and made sure I was satisfied with the work and explained how units work.. Wisper quiet … it’s AMAZING!!!Heat & Cool will be evenly distributed throughout the building providing comfort for all..Had some great fun & laughs too..These boys worked through their lunch and never took one break.. “I called Jeff about my furnace not seeming to behave properly. That was on Thursday night. He made an appointment to come out on Saturday, and I took it because I figured he was probably really busy this time of year even though I thought it would cost extra (it didn't). He was prompt, pleasant and really seemed to know his stuff. His work was neat and clean, and he didn't try to sell me anything. The last HVAC person I had out here to look at my AC refused to even look at how it was behaving until he had forced me to listen to his sales spiel for a new unit several times, and then just took a quick look, said it was probably full of mice and left - and charged twice what Jeff did for his "work" when he did nothing. It had no mice either I was told later by someone who was a general handyperson and took the cover off to look inside. (Alert: don't ever rely on Google reviews) This is a guy you can trust to do the job properly and not make you have to sell your firstborn to afford it. Thanks Jeff!!“

Polite, professional manner, and when he couldn't fix the problem that day without my mother having to be charged extra, arrived promptly Monday morning and got the furnace up and running again. “My Reliance water heater died. The Reliance service tech said it needed to be replaced. Since I was already contemplating buying rather than renting, this was a good a time as any, but it put me in a time crunch. It's November and the weather is now cold, so my family of 5 can't go long without hot water.
I got several quotes, and Crystal was the only one able to rush the install. Trevor came out within the hour to inspect, and the install was scheduled for the next morning. You can't get faster service than that!
Debbie was very polite and professional on the phone. The installers were great. They were friendly, and kind to the dog and kids.
