This was the first time I used PetSmart grooming. I am quite particular about who grooms my dog just due to his own personal needs. Sydney was amazing and thorough and copied the photo of how I wanted my dogs hair to look like. I will be returning to use these grooming services again, thank you Sydney!

Always a good experience at this location. Although I do wish they had much more options for raw food as they are very limited and do not carry our dobie’s brand, I usually go elsewhere for this.Would also be nice to see more community engagement/initiatives as with other company’s. Newmarket is a very dog-friendly community with a couple of nice parks, many businesses, and events for dog families, would be nice to see this location/company give back as well.

Grooming services have been very professional and polite. They always take good care of my dog every time I take her in.Buying food, treats, or toys, they have a great selection, and staff are polite and helpfulNo complaints ?
