We are new to petsmart and we’ve had 4 really great experiences there with our two dogs.
I stopped using our previous grooming salon that’s located in Newmarket because on 2 occasions our dog came home with fevers and was not well and seen by the vet.
Petsmart has been wonderful to our 2 PWD’s and they always come out happy. The staff there are very kind and very good with the animals. I’m very happy with the care and attention they give our little loves
Nya is fantastic!
Took my cat to get his nails trimmed today at the Newmarket store at 4pm and the two ladies who did it were amazing! So nice & professional!
Also shoutout to the two employees on cash who helped me out with a return the other day June 18 - super helpful thank you :)
Excellent. I had a very good experience at PetSmart. The staff were friendly, helpful, and guided me very well. They had a great variety of products, and overall the atmosphere was really nice and welcoming.
