Took my cat to get his nails trimmed today at the Newmarket store at 4pm and the two ladies who did it were amazing! So nice & professional!

Excellent. I had a very good experience at PetSmart. The staff were friendly, helpful, and guided me very well. They had a great variety of products, and overall the atmosphere was really nice and welcoming.
They have everything you could possibly need, but prices are pretty high. If you shop around you can find a better price on most goods. Example: 1 can of Dog food is $4.99 here (blue buffalo brand) with no ability to buy a case cheaper. Amazon price per can when buying by case from my purchase history is $2.80 to $4.40 depending on whether on sale or not. I stock up when on sale and my average price per can in 2025 was $3.40. Worth the effort as I saved more than $1k.
