After 20 years in OKC we found "the one"!Recommended by a friend (S Wagoner), in the midst of 100+ temps and an A/C unit underperforming, Gentry techs arrived in short order! They were so pleasant, worked without interruption, diagnosed and repaired expertly - then with a "tip of a hat" promising an emailed invoice w/ability to pay on-line, they were off - leaving us with a rapidly cooling home!

Absolutely the best! Routine service is great. Emergency was beyond awesome. My elderly mother woke up with no ac on a Saturday morning. They were there within a couple of hours, diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Thankful for their honesty and service!

After the oil boom began to slow down in 1983, Kevan Gentry and his wife Jeannie began a new journey to provide for their family - Gentry Service. Together, Kevan and Jeannie started building a local customer base by servicing the appliance industry, heating systems, and air conditioning systems. Keeping family at the center of the company, Kevan and Jeannie’s sons, Clint and Jarod, joined the family business and continue to help service the growing customer base.
