“While visiting Enid, I enjoyed exceedingly friendly, warm, and professional personal training with Mary, and a top-notch pilates reformer class with Kelley (who managed to guide our group aged 12 to 70+ to all have a tough, safe, and fun class!). Excellent cueing and motivation from both! The gym is spotless, has a great variety of equipment, and I was impressed seeing trainers work effectively with people recovering from injuries, stroke, managing scoliosis, wanting to build functional strength, etc. Wish my visit was longer so I could have tried a yoga class! Cecelia, Emily, Dawn, and even the other clients all welcomed me like family. Supportive community! Highly recommend the GYM!“

“This place is legit! Good equipment, personal saunas, and the staff is next level! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I was a trainer for a decade and when the guy started talking about supplements he taught ME stuff. If you’re in Enid and have serious goals and going to any other gym…you’re slippin ?“
