We called them for a same day emergency, a relative of mine tried to fix a blockage with a pipe snake, unfortunately the snake broke off in the pipe so we now had a clog and snake in our waste lines. I called the company and they expressed worry they may not be able to help but woukd try. They came out, looked, and even attempted to retrieve the broken snake with no luck, they apologized and said the job was larger than they are capable of but gave me three companies that had camera capabilities to get a better grasp on the situation, they then apologized again and left and did not charge. Tommy came out immediately and fixed my leaking sink and installed a hot water heater. He is responsive and got the job done quick. Will use him in the future!
Tommy is the bomb dot com! I left a voice mail for a water heater issue and not only did he call me back quickly, he even came and fixed the issue the same day.
