So the Doctors and staff of this medical group are great. But the pharmacy is super rude, not helpful and especially not helpful to people who are new to using Tri-care. They expect you to KNOW how it all goes. They will not re-fill them over the phone when they are looking at your profile. You have to hang-up, listen to the phone recording again and then type in all your information...again. I just think that is inefficient and completely rude. In any case, that is why the 3 stars. Like my doctors there, HATE the pharmacy.

Dr. Genant is a great doctor! I loved my primary care physician back home and was nervous about going anywhere else. When I needed to get a skin cancer spot he checked, he did a quick biopsy and his nurse scheduled me to have it removed right away. He really took his time and listened. I definitely recommend him!
