Help Services is a company that finds leaks quickly and gives a flat rate price so customers know the cost before the job starts. The technicians are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and super kind. They communicate clearly, explain everything, and are great communicators. Customer service is top‑notch, respectful, and makes scheduling a breeze. They work hard, are honest, compassionate, and helpful, giving peace of mind even when a leak is not found. The techs are incredibly skilled at locating tiny leaks under concrete slabs and can even coordinate with plumbers. They call back first thing in the morning after hours and let you know if they can help. Highly recommend Help Services for leak detection, a great good that saves stress and saves you a lot of cost.
Ryan came out today and very quickly figured out where the leak was and offered some recommendations. He’s really great, a straight shooter, and very kind. This is the second time that I’ve used help services, and every time they come through strong! Awesome company with awesome employees!
*Disclaimer* I've been employed for Help Services since October 2022. When I lost my job back in October, fate intervened and I started working with Dillon to learn how to locate leaks or bad sections of pipe underground. I quickly got welcomed into the group and haven't looked back. It's been two and a half years since I started working here and it is easily the best career I have ever had. I was trained with hands on experience for roughly six months before I got let into the wild on my own and since then I have strived to make them proud. I've made several friends along the way with plumbers and my coworkers and we try our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied to the fullest before we walk out the door. Give us a call at 405-822-8665 and we will be Johnny on the Spot at your door to solve your problem and turn that frown upside down!
My plumbing company Aj’s Plumbing LLC has used Help Services on several occasions. They have always been spot on and their work is immaculate down to tracing lines back to their point of origin. I highly recommend them for any leak detection services you might have.
